Product Description
Technical Specifications:
Each platform is seal welded which makes the structure very stiff and load distribution is even because of closed section geometry. When there is concentrated loading on the structure there is no deflection and the load transfer is always vertical on the Load cells.
Weighing capacity of the structure is 50t approx. Structure design suitable for axle load of 32t (CLC
Concentrated Load carrying Capacity).
Platform design Factor Of Safety (FOS) 1.5 for IS:2062 grade steel used for structural fabrication.
Complete structure is fabricated using grade specific HT steel plates of Jindal/Essar and have much higher strength than the commercially available steel plates used by local fabricators.
All welding is done by MIG and SAW technology using HT wires, which are compatible to the grade specific steel used in the structure fabrication.
Structures are treated with
Double layer of epoxy based primer and single layer of epoxy based final paint (Oxford Blue shade) on all sides in order to give a superior appearance.
All nuts and bolts for stopper arrangement shall be M 16 - confirming to IS - 6761 / DIN 7991 made of
DFL high grade alloy steel.
